Are you affiliated with Intuit or QuickBooks?

2. Orders & Delivery
How is my license delivered?
All licenses are delivered electronically by email to the address provided at checkout. In most cases, delivery is instant upon payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 8 hours due to payment verification or security checks.
What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET will be processed the following business day. Standard handling time is 0–1 business days, Monday to Saturday.
I did not receive my license — what should I do?
Please follow these steps:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Ensure your inbox has sufficient storage space
- Verify that you provided the correct email address at checkout

Our support team will verify and resend your license if applicable.
Will I receive a physical product?
No. All products sold on gvami.com are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical shipment is involved in any order. There are no shipping or handling charges.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a separate delivery email containing your license key or access instructions. For further assistance, contact our support team with your order number.

Is the payment process secure?
Yes. All transactions on gvami.com are fully secured with 128-bit SSL encryption and processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your complete payment card details.

All prices on gvami.com are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your payment method uses a different currency, conversion will be handled by your payment provider at their applicable exchange rate.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Can I get a refund?
Refunds may be considered within 30 days of purchase under the following circumstances:
- The digital product was not delivered within 8 hours and our support team was unable to resend it
- The product delivered is completely different from what was described
- The license key provided is invalid and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- A duplicate purchase was made accidentally

Can I exchange my product?
Yes. If you received an incorrect product, wrong edition, or a non-functional license key that our support team cannot resolve, you may be eligible for a replacement license or exchange.
