1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date in the following circumstances:

  • Non-functional key: The license key does not activate the software as described and we are unable to resolve the issue or provide a working replacement within 48 hours of your written notification.
  • Product not as described: The delivered product materially differs from the description on the product listing page, reported in writing within 30 days of purchase.
  • Non-delivery: The key was never delivered and cannot be resent, reported in writing within 7 days of the order date.

Refund requests submitted after 30 days of purchase will not be eligible.

2. Non-Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds are not issued for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after the license key has been delivered
  • Incompatibility with your hardware or operating system that could have been verified before purchase
  • License keys that have already been successfully activated
  • Purchases where the customer has violated our Terms & Conditions or Intuit’s EULA

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team using any of the methods below. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. While a reason is not required, your feedback helps us improve.

4. Non-Delivery

In rare cases, delivery confirmation emails may be delayed, filtered, or redirected to your spam or junk folder. If you have not received your product:

  1. Check your spam and junk folders first
  2. Verify your payment was completed successfully
  3. Contact us at Contact@gvami.com within 7 days of your purchase date and we will resend to your original or an alternate email address

If we are not contacted within 7 days of purchase, the order will be considered successfully delivered and no refund will be issued for non-receipt.

5. Defective Products

All products are thoroughly tested before release. If you experience a technical defect:

  • Contact us at Contact@gvami.com and we will work to resolve the issue within 48 business hours
  • If we are unable to resolve the defect within that timeframe, you will receive a full refund or a replacement product of equal or greater value — your choice

6. Product Not As Described

If you believe a product does not match its description, please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase. To process this type of request, we require written documentation clearly explaining the discrepancy between the product description and what was received.

7. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • Your refund is processed immediately upon approval
  • It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout
  • You will not incur any fees as a result of your refund
